Hotel Policies
- Check in: 4:00 pm – Checkout: 11:00 am
- A credit card must be provided in order to guarantee your reservation.
- Early check-in and late checkout may be requested at the hotel and will be subject to availability.
- The Sleepy Hollow Hotel is a cashless property, but it accepts all major credit cards.

Hotel Dog Policy
- Pet Fee: An additional charge of $45.00 per pet per stay applies.
- Attendees who are renting hardwood floors are responsible for providing coverage. Any damages to the sleeping rooms will be
charged to the registered guests. - Pets are welcome in all function space associated with ClickerExpo.
- If you leave your room, please crate your dog.

Located less than 30 minutes away from Westchester County Airport and a 40-minute drive to Times Square, ClickerExpo is easily accessible via car, train, or airplane.
BY CAR
The Sleepy Hollow Hotel is easily accessible by car from many cities including:

BY PLANE
- Fly into Westchester County Airport (HPN), 20 minutes from The Sleepy Hollow Hotel.
- Alternatively, you could also fly into one of the New York City airports, depending on time of day and ride share options, time of travel can vary (45 minutes - an hour)
- Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) - less than an hour from the hotel
- LaGuardia Airport (LGA) - less than an hour from the hotel
- John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) - just over an hour from the hotel
By Train
- You can catch a train from New York’s Grand Central Station every 30 minutes directly to the Tarrytown Station on the Metro-North Railroad in Westchester County.
- You can also take the Amtrak Empire for Northeast Regional from New York’s Penn Station to Croton-Harmon and then take a short ride-share or taxi to Tarrytown.
