Refer-a-Friend Program

Earn $30 for Every First-Time Attendee You Refer to ClickerExpo New York

If you’ve registered for New York or have attended ClickerExpo (virtual or in-person) before, check out our new refer-a-friend program that could give you credit toward your registration or help a friend attend!

When you refer a friend who has never attended a ClickerExpo to ClickerExpo New York, you'll earn $30 in registration credit for EVERY eligible person who registers. The more you refer, the more you earn back. You can refer your way to $100s in registration credits, which you can use for yourself or to help a friend attend. You don't need to be registered to begin referring others and earning credits! 

All your first-time referred friends will also save $15 on their registration by using a discount code. Once they are registered, they can start earning their own credits.

ClickerExpo NEW YORK Scholarship Program

We’re pleased to offer scholarships for ClickerExpo New York as part of our effort to expand our community’s inclusiveness and provide assistance to those who are experiencing financial hardship. Beginning in September, we will award 20 individual scholarships that will allow recipients to register for ClickerExpo New York for $350 (a savings of up to $365) through two scholarship programs.

Scholarships for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Karen Pryor Clicker Training is committed to making the positive dog trainer and behavior specialist professions and related occupations more inclusive. Starting in September, we will award 10 individual scholarships that will allow recipients to register for ClickerExpo New York for $350 (a savings of up to $365). Whether you are an experienced professional or just getting started, we encourage those who share a commitment to increasing diversity in the dog training community to apply.

To facilitate the growth of our community, these scholarships will be awarded to those attending ClickerExpo for the first time.  The earlier you apply, the more chances you have to be selected!

If you are selected as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion scholarship recipient and you have already registered for the event, we will refund to you the registration fee you paid, less $350. If you are not selected as a recipient and still wish to attend, the current conference rate will apply.

Karen Pryor Clicker Training is committed to making the positive dog trainer and behavior specialist professions and related occupations available to everyone, regardless of your financial situation. Starting in September, we will award 10 individual scholarships that will allow recipients to register for ClickerExpo New York for $350 (a savings of up to $365). If you cannot afford to attend ClickerExpo New York without this scholarship, we encourage you to apply.

Whether you are a first-time attendee of ClickerExpo or you have attended before, you are eligible to apply. The earlier you apply, the more chances you have to be selected!

Group Pricing

For Organizations or Local Community Training Clubs Bringing 4+ Attendees

There's no better way to experience ClickerExpo than attending with your whole group! If your organization or local community training club is interested in experiencing everything ClickerExpo has to offer, be sure to take advantage of the savings available. Group pricing is avato any organization or local community training club that brings four or more full-time or part-time staff members, or volunteer/community members.

Bonus: Any verified professional member KPA CTP qualifies for an additional discount on top of the group pricing. Pricing listed below is per person.

Additional Information: Organizations and local community training clubs interested in bringing a group to ClickerExpo may request a unique discount code by submitting the group form above. If the criteria are met, the organization or club will be given a unique discount code that they may distribute to full- or part-time staff/volunteers or members. Group attendance is required to be a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10. The organization must be legally recognized, and local community training clubs must be able to show proof of regular meetings and affiliation. A credit card will need to be provided in advance. Should the group not meet the minimum at least 30 days prior to ClickerExpo, the card will be charged in full for registration. The group discount will be available through all pricing classes, and is available, on a first-come, first-served basis. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts (for example, not valid with the first-time attendee referral discount), with the exception of the professional member CTP discount. If a group member registers in advance of receiving the discount code, the code will be added to their account by the Administrator, and the member will receive the discount once the group minimum is satisfied.
