If you registered before October 31, you received a code to get 50% off ClickerExpo LIVE (virtual) registration. If you register on or after November 1, you'll receive a code to get 25% off ClickerExpo LIVE (virtual) registration.

Register for a Dog/Handler or Participant (no animal) spot in Learning Labs and you'll get to practice exercises and get direct feedback from Faculty and Speakers! Registration is required for Dog/Handler Teams ($19.95) or Participants ($9.95) and is limited to a maximum of 2 spots. You may choose up to two Learning Labs as any combination of Dog/Handler and Participant and may schedule your Learning Labs on any day(s) you choose. Dog/Handler and Participant spots are very limited.

No pre-registration is required to observe and seats for observers will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the conference.

In previous years, ClickerExpo received CEU accreditation from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT), the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC), and Karen Pryor Academy (KPA).

ClickerExpo Chicago has received CEU accreditation from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT), International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC), and Karen Pryor Academy (KPA).

Three-Day Attendees:

CCPDT:
- 30 Knowledge CEUs
- 1.5 Skills CEUs for each Dog/Handler Spot in Learning Labs (up to 2 total Learning Labs)
International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC):
- 8 CEU credits each on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, for a maximum number of CEUs totalling 24, if in attendance each day
- 2.25 CEUs for each Learning Lab (up to 2 total Learning Labs)
Karen Pryor Academy:
- 24 CEUs
- 2.25 Hands-On CEUs for each Learning Lab (up to 2 total Learning Labs)

One-/Two-Day Attendees:
The CEUs earned for each day of ClickerExpo can be found below. If you are a two-day attendee, simply add the days together for your total number of CEUs. Please note that there is a maximum of one (1) Learning Lab spot for one- and two-day registrants.

For ClickerExpo New York 2026, we are offering the following cancellation policy:

Cancel within 48 hours for a full refund by emailing events@clickertraining.com.
Cancel by Monday, January 12, 2026, to receive a 90% refund of the registration fee and a 100% refund of optional items (including meals, events, and the Podcast).
Cancel by Monday, February 9, 2026, to receive a 50% refund of the registration fee and a 100% refund of all optional items (including meals, events, and the Podcast).
After these dates, no refunds will be issued.
Medical emergency? If you experience a personal medical emergency after the cancellation deadline of February 9, 2026, please email us at events@clickertraining.com. With the provided documentation, we can offer an event credit, partial refund, or other in-kind options.

To cancel your registration after 48 hours, please log into your registration page and click the “Cancel” button. Use the information from your confirmation email to access your registration page. Please note that refunds will not be processed outside of this policy.

We strongly recommend travel insurance, especially for overseas trips. Insurance protects your overall investment if you are forced to cancel your registration. It protects you in many situations, including lost luggage or illness. Many independent agencies and travel providers offer travel insurance.

Refer-a-Friend Program

Earn $30 for Every First-Time Attendee You Refer to ClickerExpo New York

Referral Program Deadline: February 10

If you’ve registered for New York or have attended ClickerExpo (virtual or in-person) before, check out our new refer-a-friend program that could give you credit toward your registration or help a friend attend!

When you refer a friend who has never attended a ClickerExpo to ClickerExpo New York, you'll earn $30 in registration credit for EVERY eligible person who registers. The more you refer, the more you earn back. You can refer your way to $100s in registration credits, which you can use for yourself or to help a friend attend. You don't need to be registered to begin referring others and earning credits!

All your first-time referred friends will also save $15 on their registration by using a discount code. Once they are registered, they can start earning their own credits.

Refer-a-Friend Program FAQ

No, but we encourage you to register as early as possible to receive the best registration price.

We will keep a tally of registration credits that you have earned and send monthly updates. If you choose to register when we apply the registration credits in February, we will provide you with an individual discount code to use. You will forfeit the credits if you don't register during this time.

Please ensure you give the same email address to all first-time friends registering so we can contact you.

Under the question "How did you hear about ClickerExpo?, the first-time attendee you have referred must choose "Friend" and list your full name and email address.
On the payment page, the first-time attendee you refer must use the discount code.

The first-time attendee must complete both of these steps for you to earn your referral credit.

We will review referrals every month to confirm eligibility and share the total amount of earned credits to date by email.

Yes, we can apply all or some of the credits you have earned toward your registration or to one other registered person you designate. Credits are transferable in the same increments you earn them, so if you earn two $30 credits, you can assign $60 to one person or assign $30 to one person and retain $30 for your credit. You may transfer credit to a maximum of one person and not to the same person you referred.

We’re pleased to offer scholarships for ClickerExpo New York as part of our effort to expand our community’s inclusiveness and provide assistance to those who are experiencing financial hardship. Beginning in September, we will award 20 individual scholarships that will allow recipients to register for ClickerExpo New York for $350 (a savings of up to $365) through two scholarship programs.

Scholarships for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Karen Pryor Clicker Training is committed to making the positive dog trainer and behavior specialist professions and related occupations more inclusive. Starting in September, we will award 10 individual scholarships that will allow recipients to register for ClickerExpo New York for $350 (a savings of up to $365). Whether you are an experienced professional or just getting started, we encourage those who share a commitment to increasing diversity in the dog training community to apply.

To facilitate the growth of our community, these scholarships will be awarded to those attending ClickerExpo for the first time. The earlier you apply, the more chances you have to be selected!

Starting in September, we will award 10 individual scholarships that will allow recipients to register for ClickerExpo New York for $350 (a savings of up to $365). If you cannot afford to attend ClickerExpo New York without this scholarship, we encourage you to apply.

Whether you are a first-time attendee of ClickerExpo or you have attended before, you are eligible to apply. The earlier you apply, the more chances you have to be selected!

Scholarships FAQ

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Scholarship recipients who are already registered for ClickerExpo New York will be credited with the registration fee paid, less $350, and will not need to re-register.

Financial Hardship Scholarships will not be credited; these scholarships are intended for those who could not register without the scholarship. If you can register for ClickerExpo New York without this scholarship, you should do that as early as you can to take advantage of the best prices.
