Hotel Policies
- Check in: 3:00 pm – Checkout: 11:00 am
- A credit card must be provided in order to guarantee your reservation.
- Late checkout may be requested in person at the hotel registration desk and will be subject to availability and additional fees.
- Baggage storage will be available at the guest services desk at no charge.
- If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please do so by 4:00 pm (PT) at least 72 hours prior to check in to avoid a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax.

Hotel Dog Policy
- The hotel has waived its standard pet policy and fee for ClickerExpo attendees.
- There is a maximum of 4 dogs per room. As always, use your discretion and focus on the safety of your animal.
- If you leave your room, the hotel requests that your dog is crated.
- You must contact Housekeeping to arrange a cleaning time, otherwise the room will not be serviced.
