Registration is required for Dog/Handler Teams ($19.95) or Participants ($9.95) and is limited to a maximum of 2 spots. Register with Confidence! Here’s the cancellation policy for ClickerExpo Chicago 2025
Cancel up to 90 days before the event (Thursday, December 12, 2024) for a 90% refund of your registration fee.
Cancel up to 60 days before the event (Monday, January 13, 2025) for a 50% refund of your registration fee.
After those dates, no refunds will be issued.
Medical emergency? In the case of a personal medical emergency after January 13, 2025, email us at events@clickertraining.com. We require documentation, but can issue you an event credit, partial refund, or other in-kind option.
All refunds must be requested by the attendee through their personal registration page, unless otherwise indicated. Please use the information provided in your confirmation email to log into your registration page. Refunds will not be issued outside of the policy above.
We strongly recommend travel insurance. Insurance protects your overall investment if you are forced to cancel your registration. It protects you in many situations, including lost luggage or illness. Many independent agencies offer travel insurance, as do travel providers
We take the health of our attendees, staff, and faculty seriously. We will be adhering to local, state, and federal guidelines to deliver a safe AND enjoyable learning experience. Please review the FAQ page for our ClickerExpo health and safety protocols. Our policies may adjust after registration based on new information.
Choose the option that's right for you! Two and three-month payment plans are available for a one-time fee of $14. Payment plan must be started by December 23, 2024 for ClickerExpo Chicago.

When you refer a friend who's never attended a ClickerExpo to ClickerExpo Chicago, you'll earn $50 in registration credit for EVERY eligible person who registers. The more you refer, the more you earn back, and you can refer your way to $100s in registration credits and use these credits for yourself or to help a friend attend. You don't need to be registered to begin referring others and earning credits!
All your first-time referred friends will also save $15 on their registration by using a discount code, and once they are registered, they can also start earning their own credits. Not only that, you’ll also still be eligible for our referral grand prize: a $250 registration credit. The winner will be selected from all eligible referrers.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: Retrieve Your Code
Once you've registered for ClickerExpo Chicago, you'll receive an email that includes your referral discount code.
STEP 2: Spread the Word
Tell your friends about attending ClickerExpo for the first-time and share your referral discount code!
STEP 3: Redeem the Code
When your friend registers as a first-time attendee, they should list your name in response to the "How Did You Hear About Us" question. The friend should enter the code under “Discount Code” on the last page of registration in order to receive the $15 discount.
STEP 4: Repeat
The more the merrier! You can share your code with as many of your first-time Expo friends as you’d like! For every person who lists you as a referral, you'll be entered for a chance to win a $250 credit towards your registration fee.
One winner will be selected at random on February 24. If the winner selected has already registered for ClickerExpo Chicago, they will receive a refund for $250.
Additional Information: Referral discount is valid beginning August 15, 2024. Valid for first-time attendees only and may not be used in combination with other discount-related codes or sponsorship. We will randomly select up to 2 recipients monthly from eligible applicants starting on September 18 and through January 15, 2025; notification will be sent to each recipient by email. Recipients must register and pay within 15 calendar days of notification. Scholarships are not transferable.
