Please note: Part-time volunteer opportunities will be available for selection during registration.

Volunteer positions for ClickerExpo 2020 are full! Thank you to all our volunteers!

Duties include:

Store Set Up
Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Move and open boxes up to 50 pounds
  • Set up store displays
  • Remove excess cartons and packing materials
  • Additional duties as needed

Store Staffing
Thursday 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Breaks and Lunches Friday - Sunday 7:30 am - 6:30 pm

  • Maintain, manage, and organize merchandise on display tables
  • Help customers find items
  • Assist customers with checking and retrieving stored bags
  • Help organize and maintain bag storage in checkout area
  • Provide support as needed

Store Breakdown
Sunday 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

  • Help organize product for shipping
  • Provide physical product counts
  • Box/Seal product
  • Move product to designated location

Compensation:

Store volunteers receive complimentary admission to the conference (Labs, meals other than lunch, and special events are an additional cost) as well as a 10% discount on regularly-priced store merchandise.

Volunteers are free to attend any Sessions, as long as duties are fulfilled.

Please also note that dogs are not allowed in the store while you are working, so if you have a dog other arrangements must be made.

We are seeking 4-5 friendly and enthusiastic volunteers to assist at the ClickerExpo Store in Portland, OR! No prior experience is necessary, although retail/customer service skills are a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required. Some lifting may be involved.

Volunteers are free to attend any courses as long as their duties are fulfilled.

Please be aware that dogs are not allowed in the store while you are working (with the exception of service dogs), so alternate arrangements must be made if you have a dog.

Store volunteers will be selected and notified by March 1, 2024. If you are chosen as a Store volunteer and have already registered, we will refund your registration fee. If you do not receive a notification by this date, it means that alternate volunteers have been selected. Thank you for your interest!
