At ClickerExpo LIVE, Kiki will present Training with the Grain: Choosing Better Alternatives. In this Learning Lab, participants will bring a problem scenario that they would like to address, and as a group, we will discuss and brainstorm ways to "train with the grain.”

At ClickerExpo Portland, Kiki will present It's All Connected: Interlocking Dog and Handler Skills for Seamless Leash Walking. In this Learning Lab, you will be introduced to a new approach to leash walking. You will have the opportunity to practice the dog and handler skills that are often the "missing links" in such sequences. In the Session, Let the World Do the Work: Transitioning to “Natural” Reinforcement Contingencies, Kiki will explore the benefits and pitfalls of food reinforcers, the criteria for identifying "natural" reinforcement contingencies, when it's appropriate (or not) to incorporate such contingencies in our training, and how to manage this type of transition.
